TERM & CONDITIONS OF M.H.A TOOLS WARRANTY

Dear Sir or Madam:

Our Products are manufactured under strict quality control. They are fully guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing faults subject to the terms below.

1. Term of Warranty (valid from date of shipment) – ONE (3) year.

2. Particular parts not warranted – Drill Bits, Plug, chuck, side handle, depth stop, carbon brush and casing.

3. Guarantee does include exchange and repair

4. Warranty is valid when

a) Product has been used or operated in accordance with instruction book given and has not been damaged by accident, breakages, misuse, household pest, fire, lightning, natural disaster, pollution, neglect nor repaired with unauthorized persons. Likewise voltage or the usages of a generator are not covered by this warranty.

b) The defect rate beyond 2%. That of lower than 2% should be looked as natural commercial risk and cost to vendee.

c) The production date number has not been altered removed or defaced.

d) The security stickers attached to the chassis in not be torn, removed or defaced.

5. Under no circumstances does the guarantee cover consequential damage.

6. The warranty is valid for service after sales and non-commercial use only.
